5 ON 5 & Team Transformation Challenge Winners!
I currently serve as Corporate Wellness Director at Jackson Healthcare in Alpharetta, GA. And you guessed it, we did the 5 ON 5 and added a team challenge to it. On the previous 10 week challenge, we had 72 individuals taking the challenge as well as 12 teams of 5 doing the transformation challenge together! It can absolutely work for your team, departments and family of companies!
Congrats to 4B's & Baldie for taking the number one spot in the Team Transformation Challenge! They worked very hard and poured their all into this. The body fat testing proved that perseverance pays off! They dropped an average of 16.8% body fat!

Weapons of Mass Reduction
Weapons of Mass Reduction came in at a close 2nd with an average of 16.2% body fat loss! Congrats to all 12 teams for finishing strong! Collectively 330 pounds of body fat we lost, not just weight, but body fat! That's awesome.
