Fitness Menu: Take your pick from 8 different options, or put together your own ensemble.



EXERCISE CLASSES:   (One Hour or 30 Minutes) 


1. Core Class 
Group Core Class focuses on proper form and control for the “trunk” of the body: upper and lower      abdominals, sides (oblique) and lower back. The benefits of this class are tighter waistline, improved posture and better overall mobility. Core exercises produce quick results!

 

2. Total Body Fitness Class 
Group class using dumbbells, Swiss balls, exercise bands and body weight exercises to accomplish a full body toning routine mixing aerobic and strength training techniques.

 

3. Person Training Sessions 
Personalized individual training. (Individual or small groups).

 

4. Breathing and Stretching Techniques
 
This class teaches proper form in stretching and breathing techniques, incorporating yoga and palates stretches for all muscle groups. Ultimate class for relaxing the mind and rejuvenating the body.  



HEALTH FORWARD WORKSHOPS:  (One Hour or 30 Minutes)

 

5. Wellness Evaluations 
Individualized health and nutrition consulting to employees. Consists of body fat testing, exploring workout history and creating personalized wellness goals.   

 

6. Team Building Drills & Techniques 
Fun interactive group challenges that blend individuals thru communication & physical activity. Totally great times!  

 

7. The Top 10 Things To Do Now to Be the Best You! 
This interactive workshop provides the exact tools needed to get started on healthy thinking, eating and exercising. Everyone can (and should) use these 10 for a healthier and happier life.

Incorporating our kids in exercises and healthier eating habits at home will be one of the 10! 

 
8.  How to Work Out and How to Eat for the Results You Want! 
People want different results. This workshop will give overviews of various ways to workout and give the specific results for that type of workout. Whether it’s bulking up or shredding down, you will learn methods for both. 

Training is one half and eating habits are the other half! It’s a 50/50 thing. Learn how to eat for how you want to look. With an on the go lifestyle you will learn keys to healthy eating when you don’t have time to eat.  




HERE IS THE SKINNY IN Q & A FORMAT:
 

 
1) Where does this take place?
At your company, school, church or choice of venue. I will come to you and set up everything we need to accomplish great classes and/or workshops. 

 
2) What are the time frames and costs?
I will be available for 3 hour time slots at $300.  You can use me one time per week, twice a month, or one time per month. The choice is yours! I do prefer to work in 3 hour increments to maximize time and empowering people; however if just one hour works, the fee is $100 per hour. 

 
3) What will happen during those 3 hours?
The beauty is you pick from the Fitness Menu what is most suitable for you and your team. Each class and workshop could be 30 min or one hour. Choose to fill the 3 hours with six 30 min. exercise classes, or two 1 hour workshops with two 30 min exercise classes, etc. You get the idea!  

 
4) How many people can attend?
As many employees or team members you want! Just communicate to me a few days a head of time and I will ensure top quality education and inspiration.


5) What is my background?
I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I have been in leadership positions at athletic facilities (one being The Atlanta Athletic Club in Duluth) and held personal training sessions for well over a decade. I hold 3 top fitness certifications and have had hundreds of happy healthy clients. I have also served as Corporate Wellness Director for Toyota (South Region), and currectly serve as Director of Health & Wellness Programs for Jackson Healthcare (

).  I have been a youth director, public speaker, author and mentor since 1996.
